Oncoming omnia omnibus...

DONNA EDEN is now known as EUROPA and one of the members of the Twelve Stars Euro Team led by Captain Euro who 'is establishing itself as the super-hero mascot of Europe.' I wish it was a joke! "EU child propaganda: silly or sinister?" [Dan Hannan]...the evil doctor baddie is called D. VIDER! "Children can perform a messenger function in conveying the message to the home environment. Young people will often in practice act as go-betweens with the older generations, helping them embrace the euro". Not unlike the UK climate change message with drowning pets etc. Click image to enlarge.(Hat-tip Prodicus)

"Little ones enjoy The Raspberry Ice Cream War, which tells the tale of a group of intrepid youngsters who travel back in time to a barbarous age where there are still sovereign states, and teach the inhabitants to scrap their borders."

I love this. Have to say this argument reminds me of the John Peel v Tony Blackburn argument in the 1970's when Peely said Captain Beefheart would be listened to long after Diana Ross and the Supremes were forgotten.

You were saying the other day about there being a lot more media and I think this is a classic case of that. I'm not with or against the arguments but it's one of those things where if it's 'out there' it must be either good or bad and must produce a reaction.

yes, imagine the barbarous idea of BORDERS...

Was Peely right? Ironically - as it it rolls into the media point too - he may well have been right if t'internet hadn't come along.
