Optimising on-board organisation...

He should try that method with budget airlines where the method of boarding is generally, "Flight number......" and then something out of the charge of the light brigade without the horses.

yes the same thought occurred to me! Non numbered seating arrangement and 'general' boarding. Also for some reason that has just reminded me of the German Wings ad when the separated 'family' hold up signs on the Easyjet flight. Very good.
