No offence to this good surgical advance (with medially sound reasons for it) but I'm starting to think that maybe a future blog-post will be 'Oversexed Oldies' with horny old nip-'n-tucked men high on Viagra [
remember] servicing their biddy wives - with new firm breasts and each with their own personalised and aesthetically enhanced and tightened vagina - shagging behind the bowling shed.
