Oliver option on Oimelc...

"BBC's Craig Oliver replacing Andy Coulson at No 10". [Link] You may think this throws some doubt on any bias of the BBC but in fact it isn't so: Oliver was less than 10 months in his BBC post, 4 years with ITN before a couple of years at Channel 5 then returning to ITV News as senior programme editor. Then Channel 4 and back again to ITV News in 2003 as head of output. He only took on his latest BBC role in April last year; clearly with a sympathetic view of Cameron and the Conservative Party there was no way he could have lasted much longer!

It's also Oimelc today. Contemplate the sun...
