is good enough; especially when several shit copies and competitors celebrate as Lego
today lost an ongoing 11-year battle to use the brick as a trademark. Lego has proven that its brick is distinctive and differentiated and claims '
consumers would be misled as a result of the ruling'. Maybe, but all they have to do is look for the logo and the name: only the best is good enough!
